In order to form a more perfect cooperative. Establish laws and rules to govern, provide for the common financial stability and vow to protect the cooperative against Pirates and guilds without honor.

Article 1.

This is a democratic organization. No one guild is more important than any other member guild regardless of size or contribution. Each member guild is to be treated with respect and honor. The InterGalactic Trade Network is to provide for the common financial stability of each member guild and is not an alliance or defense pact.

Article 2.

All decisions will be made by voting. Every decision big or small will sit before the Senate for 48 hours. At the end of the 48 hours tally will be taken of those who voted. Those that voted will be counted as though everyone had voted, thus if we have 20 members and only 11 voted, 6 votes would be counted as the majority vote needed to pass legislation.

In the advent of a tie the current President will extend the voting session or call for a revote.

Article 3.

To bring legislation before the Senate, there must be one representative to introduce the bill and one to second the motion. There will be two voting methods, closed voting by poll and open voting. The representative who brings the legislation before the Senate may decide either.

Article 4.
Every member has an equal vote and is encouraged to vote on all issue. However each guild will only receive 1 vote. In the event that a Guild's representative is not available to vote they may assign another member of their guild to vote in their absence but ONLY with a 48 hour notice to the admin.

Article 5.

Although the InterGalactic Trade Network is not a defense pact or an alliance, member guilds are encouraged to seek other means to settle disputes. If a war breaks out between two member guilds the network may be used as a means to settle the dispute.

Article 6.

Piracy will not be tolerated. Member guilds are not permitted to commit acts of Piracy. In the event of such the guild who committed Piracy will be asked to justify their actions. A vote will be taken in Secret by the other non-accused member guilds and if reason warrants the accused guild may be voted out of the network and may include: having their routes pirated and war declared on them by the remaining member guilds.
